On September 15, live an authentic experience: a hands-on cooking class where you’ll learn step by step how to prepare chile en nogada, an iconic dish of Mexican cuisine. You’ll also enjoy a guided tasting of 4 premium artisanal mezcals, each introduced with its story, origin, and tasting notes.
At the end, we’ll share the dinner together with what we cooked, in a cozy space just one block from the Zócalo.
