We are Ximena and Fausto — cooks by passion, hosts by nature, and storytellers through flavor.

We live and cook in our home just one block from the Zócalo and the Metropolitan Cathedral, right where the heart of Mexico City beats. Our kitchen is our heart, a space for connection, memory, learning, and celebration.

Since our childhood, we’ve been exploring and sharing the richness of Mexican cuisine — not just recipes: roots, sacred ingredients, and untold stories. We believe the best way to know Mexico is by cooking it. We open our home to anyone looking for a real, unfiltered, meaningful experience... full of soul and flavor.
