In this guided tasting, you’ll explore the diversity of mezcal like never before. From smoky, earthy flavors to floral and fruity notes, each sip reveals the richness of agave and the skill of the maestros mezcaleros who craft it. Our experience is designed not only to delight your senses but also to connect you with the cultural roots behind mezcal. You’ll learn about: The history and traditions of mezcal in Mexico The difference between mezcal, tequila, and other agave spirits The artisanal processes: cultivation, roasting, distilling, and aging Tasting techniques to fully appreciate aromas and flavors How mezcal is part of celebrations, rituals, and daily life To enhance the experience, we’ll pair each mezcal with traditional Mexican bites that highlight and balance its unique profiles—an invitation to taste mezcal as locals do: slowly, respectfully, and in good company.

Cancellation Policy

Since we do not require full payment in advance to book a class, but only a deposit to secure your reservation, we inform you of the following: Reservation deposits are non-refundable. This amount guarantees your spot in the class and compensates for the potential loss of opportunity for other participants. Therefore, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Rescheduling is possible. We understand that unforeseen events may occur. That’s why we offer our clients the possibility to reschedule their class at no extra cost, as long as: We are notified at least 5 hours in advance of the scheduled class time. The request to reschedule is made exclusively via WhatsApp to the number provided in your booking confirmation. If we are not notified in time, or in the event of a no-show without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited and no rescheduling will be offered. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which help us continue offering quality experiences to all our guests.
